It is always super fun to work on projects with other great talents in the wedding industry. Back in August 2010, a few super savvy wedding vendors got together to dream up our “Retro Surf Inspired” wedding shoot. It was such a great experience and such a big hit that we decided to get together again for some more fresh ideas for weddings and, in this particular shoot, engagement party ideas. I have always loved preppy style with deep colors, interesting fabrics, and an ivy league nod. The Wedding Chicks love that preppy style too and we are so honored that they featured our lovely little shoot.
I love Tinywater Photography & Caroline’s unique vision, it is always a pleasure to shoot alongside her. Platinum Planning did a wonderful job pulling together all of the details that set the mood for this preppy engagement party. Botanica Floral Designs brought a delightful twist to this shoot by not only bringing in fresh florals but by handcrafting these amazing paper flowers throughout the decor.
